Ma'am in this section 16 there is clauses also 1, 2, 3, so why didn't you explain that. If you could explain along with clause than it would be grateful. By knowing as general sec. That's not sufficient to clear the concept.

Mam agar ek child born hua he live in relationship me in 1995 will he be entitled to the property of father? Bcz supreme Court recent judgment diya he ki such children are legitimate. But the question is whether this judgment has retrospective effect
