1st method me jab sita eliminate hui to uske 11.5 votes ko batne ke badle 10 hi vote bate kya provision orignal votes ko bat ta hai yan 11.5 votes batne the plz clearify sir.

We consider the actual vote not a transferable vote.... One more thing I want to clarify.... For reducing complexity i divided their vote in proportion after elimination in reality their we will take ballot paper then see... Jo logo n first preference Sita ko diya 2nd preference kisko Diya.... Uske hisab se 2nd preference person ko vote transfer karege... And if at all situations arise that second preference person already elected (win) then vote get transfer to 3rd preference in ballot paper of sita
