Sir, in complaint cases you have mentioned there is no investigation. But here the question is, when police does not register FIR, then we can move private complaint before the Judge. Then the case will be moved to police station for investigation and po submits the charge sheet also based on the investigation. This shows the complaint cases do have investigation. It is creating some confusion, can you please kindly clarify? By the way your classes are one of THE BEST series on BNSS, after going through your videos I got so much clarity on BNSS earlier I was afraid of BNSS subject, now I am getting confidence on this subject.
