Sir... I have a question.. If 10 person making some plan to commit an offence for instance to commit murder and and they all know their respective work in furtherence of comman intention and A, other person standing there , though he didn't shared comman intention but he knows everything what was the intention of all 10 person and at the scene of occurrence he was also present there and does any act which anyone from those 10 people had in mind in furtherence of comman intention . So whether that person also held liable for same punishment and if no then what will be the punishment A.
