What is the meaning of ending the contract? Does it mean that Babar will refuse to pay the money fixed for each night for nights on which she has performed as the contract was that if she sings for two days per week for two months, than she'll be payed 100 rs per night. ?

It means Babar can terminate the contract for future performances and he will not be required to pay any compensation due to such termination.

In actual performance first example baber accepts the delivery and now he has to pay for the goods, but if he do not perform than azam can sue him for non-performance ? . In attempted performance if baber refuses to accept delivery the contract ends ? .
