My brother is in the same Case, The girl filed a wrong 376 case against our Family even my 9-year-old is involved in it. We have the Proof that the girl filled the wrong case, The girl didn't even do the medical as per the Police. But still my young brother in Jail for the last 3 Months, She is been posting false allegations on Social media for the last 1 year, and because of that I lost my job as well. My Parents has been very depressed lately. I wish God, Allah or Bhagwan kisi ko aise case an fasai. She even filed a case against my 55-year-old dad me and my 19-year-old brother. She abused us verbally we have Voice Proof, Chat Proof, and Medical Proof but the case is still going on, and we have been suffering for the last 1.5 years. I lost my job because of because she posted my family on Facebook with the fake ID.
