Respected Ma'am, I have 2 questions based on the contents of the video.. request you to clear rhe doubts for the same 🙏: 1. If a person is impotent although maybe sane, will that be included under sanity clause (5:2(ii)), impotentcy alone as a ground for making marriage voidable? 2. Punishable marriage under sub clause 3: what would be the legal staus of marriage for both partners in that case? ..would they be legally continue as husband and wife and only those who got marriage silemnised would be punished mam?
