Burden of proof is on man , If law is that If gal have evidence that bf made the promise Then its ok to send him jail But At present Vman just have to say he made da promise That’s enough to send man to jail. U have father, brother & male friends who u care about, please try to imagine how easily their life can be ruined Also actually this law will change nothing in practicality because every Vman who is 25+ & indulge in premarital they all know it may or may not end up in marage. The core idea that s.he consented ONLY becz of da promise is flawed in most of the cases.
