Mere wife oct 2022 se mere sath nehi rehti aur usne divorce bhi file Kiya. Ab process DW Tak aa geya hai, wife kuch bhi proof nehi kar payee, aur mein bhi divorce ke lie ready hoon. Humare shadi ko 12 years ho geya hai. DW ke bad kitne time mein divorce milega?

Sir mere husband ne section. 9 file kiya tha wo uska cancel ho gya tha ab usne re application lgayi h kya court hme sath rhne ko force kr skti h but hme waha nhi jana

Definately ur parents have done wrong inference in ur marriage life.when the wife's section 9 application reject then wife can not claim any right on husband. If ur parents blow in front of ur husband then definitely ur husband will call u back that my wording and my experience say . But if ur parents disrespect to ur husband then court cannot order to ur husband to remain with u .

Sir mere husband mujhe nhi bulate na hi Mera no block ke diye hai mere se bat nhi karna chahte hai aur usne koi kesh bhi nhi lagaya hai unki ma bahan ke Karan hmara rista kharab huaa hai mai section 9 aur 125 laga usme kya hoga kyuki Mai rahna chahti hu please btaiye kya hoga
