I'm not from China nor South Korea. I don't wanna say South Korea is inferior because South Korea is great in its own right but I have to admit that China is superior to South Korea not just by a bit but by a ton, like the gap is far far away in all kinds of perspective whether from technology, culture, infrastructure development, entertainment, movie and drama industry, smartphone industry, computer industry, gaming industry, mobile gaming industry, IT services industry, patent ranking, science ranking, chemistry ranking, so on so forth. I'm not biased because I'm not Chinese or South Korean but I do watch Chinese/Cantonese movie, Chinese/Cantonese drama South Korean drama and I can feel the difference of both influence and make my own judgement. In terms of influence China has a far greater influence than South Korea that's for sure and you can't deny that or beat it because China is a large country and South Korea is just a small country. If South Korea wants to beat China in terms of influence, first their people need to have more s__ and give more birth to babies to make their population grow larger thus increasing their human capital, second they need to have a large land mass. A country's greatness is not just determined by its population but also by its land mass with abundance of natural resources. Take Singapore for example, it's a great country as well but it has a ceiling that it's not possible to breakthrough even if they do land reclamation from time to time, the main reason is they only have a small land mass. A large country naturally has greater influence, it's true, I mean just look at the United States of America, their English movies and music videos influenced people from all over the world. If you wanna go against a large country, first you need to become a large country, that's just how the world works. That's also why some small countries in Europe preferred to be left alone and chose not to provoke the large countries in their surrounding neighbourhood because they understand that there will be no advantage but only disadvantage if the small countries trying to go against a large country
