TxSU Tubas were cleaner overall. The issue I've seen with big bass lines is that certain fanfares get lost (tempo or execution) because of all the moving parts . This was the issue with SU this go round (hence all the band members conducting lol). TxSU Mellos got the best of SU. Can't judge the rest because the others didn't respond lol
