Sir in section 165..... the police can not search randomly for proof but he will have to mention clearly what he is going to search for. Eg: murder weapon in case of 302

If police file chargesheet without investigation praying there that the accused is absconding and warrant of arrest may be issued accordingly warrant issued and surprisingly the false implicated accused was arrested but the fact is that the accused had no knowledge and the information under RTI act says police never went to the accused home. Now defacto complainant said on trail that she cannot remember the fact of complaint. Judge intend to dismiss the case but the said accused want to see the police authority. The case still pending for witness of IO. What shall I do?
