sir it is explained in sec 25 that if the due date is public holiday than the due date is preceding business day and not next day.

Sir I have a question and I would really appreciate if you would clarify the same, at 22.04 you gave example of promissory note payable after a certain event and event being marriage. Would not such condition as in example make the promissory note invalid as marriage is not certain? (illustration of section 4). I thank you in advance.

The grace are not added in negotiable instrument at sight the grace only added after date after sight after presentment After date means date of drown and after sight means date of acceptance

But sir sec 24 me agar for example 1 month i.e 1 Jan se start hota he to 31 Jan ko khatam or present karta he 4 Feb ko jab k section kahta he k 1 Feb ko phir b to 1 Jan se 1 Feb Tak 1 month or 1 din hojata he to es lehaz se 1 din ziyada to hojata he. Please clarify

Sir in BOE and PN, their is one essential that both are should not be conditional. And there us example is " i give money to so and so person after my marriage. This is not consider in PN and BOE " . So why it is noted down in maturity period that date can br consider after certain event like marriage?
