Sir yeh tu CDA Govt ka kaam hy k citizens ko house facility k liay plot & sectors develop kr k dy, jab CDA aur Govt Kuch nahi Kary ge tu public majbooran house need k liay private society mein plot layny pr majboor ho ge. Agar CDA sectors develop karta as per need tu yeh frauds na hoty, 2nd real estate regulator bhi nahi hy Pakistan mein

Thanks Nazar for the information, do you have any information about Faisal Society, it's near Multi-professional Society, one of the property dealer tried to convince me to buy, I did my own research, every thing looked OK, then I saw the picture of the owner, his name is Chaudary sometime, if you can read faces, he looks a crook, you can read it from his face. Somehow it stopped me from investment, have you any information about the society.
