Thanks so much, we encountered the same SAML error as mentioned at time "13:42" and fixing the certificate helped and fixed the issue. you saved us lot of time

Re. ArcGIS Enterprise - the way I thought this would work is to populate the Azure ArcGIS Enterprise Application with ALL my orgs users then manage Roles, User Types and Groups within Portal? GIS Admins don't have access to Azure AD Portal only IS System Admins.
