Nope. A camera is showing what is available from his window. It is legal to do that. If she doesn't like it she can install a higher fence. If he were my neighbor, I would do that just for the pool. Yep happens more often than people think. My fiancés best friends parents have been in and out of jail for even talking in their own backyard. Neighbours have cameras that record audio, which is illegal where I live. You cannot have audio cameras. The cops don’t do anything. They just take them to jail each time the neighbours file a so-called “complaint”. Last time I checked in with them, they spent about 30k on lawyers fees fighting to get the neighbours cameras removed.
