Sir,agar cheke blank diya ho only signature ke saath ,koi date or ant mention na ho,,or cheke as security diye gaye ho,,or vadi parivadi ke beech sab kuch lambe samay se thik chal ra ho,,or parivadi kharab maal bhejker vadi ko un chek ke saath black mail kerne ki purpose se vad kerta hai tab vadi kaise defence kere,,

Under that judgment, whether lender can innitiate civil or criminal proceding simentaniotly, if yes then what is the use of sarfasi and other proceding, focus on it, it is very easy to explain, what the honourable court said, advocase mean to look further consequence. In a nutshell, please make video on it.

138 me accused pesh nahi hua, now case is under crpc 82 ,jab suit file Kiya tha to property accused ke naam thee, baad me apni wife ke naam karwa di, Kya mein crpc 83 ki application lga sakta hun.Aur muje uska benefit mil jayega.Pls answer.oblized
