Can start with bash, followed by python, go. can get the job done with these.. bash for writing quick greps and filters.. python is for handling dynamic data and go is for performance.

Hi, use portals like nulljobs, angellist jobs for finding the open positions for various companies who don't go with the traditional shortlisting. I suggest to check hackthebox and get some ranking in there, it definitely helps.
