So I followed the step by step instructions, yet EVERY user in the system is appearing in the grid while in your example as well as other blogs Ive read, they are empty. And yes, I am using "Associated Record Team Members". How do you add a grid where a user can add members (existing users) to the grid for each record?

Hi, you can add one more tab on the particular form. In that tab, insert subgrid for system users. Then you can associate users to particular records.

Hi there, I am having the exact same issue at the moment. Did you find the solution yet? I am seeing everyone in the grid, and when I delete a users access, I can check for it using the access checker button and he has no longer access, yet he still shows up in the subgrid and that is very annoying. Hoping you have solved this and can provide me with the solution.

Can you explain when should you share a record and when should you add a user to the Acces Teams? I feel both are doing the same work then why did CRM give redundant ways?

Owner teams are nothing but teams created for Business unit. These teams can own the records means can be assigned as owner to record but acess team can own record.

First you can prepare before you can explain to others. You know about CRM that's why you can easily open the new windows. But other persons I mean newly trained persons not understand.
