The issue is that the department of education has removed civics classes at all levels of grade school education classes, so many people have only a H.S. diploma or GED, and don't really know anything about our constitution other than the 2nd amendment (mostly) and then they get a job in the public sector usually to serve a politician and will do anything for them and to keep a job where qualifications are not necessary

What that security guard did, is known as a "Heckler's Veto". Recording in a place where there IS (per law) a "reasonable expectation of privacy" is a violation of the law. People are conducting confidential business, signing contracts with their personal information on them (all applications are considered to be legal documents), and providing personal information to the desk attendants in order to be serviced properly. This was a fumble by the camera man. This was a blooper reel. People declined consent to be recorded and there is signage prohibiting recording. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Most legal trollers at least state, cite or recite the law they are asserting rather than just being vague and saying "My rights" over and over again. You can only record with consent or without consent. Once people decline consent, you're technically eavesdropping (even though the camera is obvious). So, this could even possibly constitute a violation of Illinois 'Eavesdropping Law' est. 2014, which is a felony and $25,000 fine. God bless yall in the cheering section though. ✊🏾

I was waiting for him to tell the officers “Now I’m just waiting for you guys to leave first so it doesn’t look like you guys made me leave and I’ll hike on outa here”!
