Good morning. I have an electronic lock and I set everything up correctly and it worked great for a while. From a few days ago the door is not locking, I insert the password and it flashes the green light and then the lights flash: GREEN, RED AND BLUE and it does not lock. It only locks when I enter the password and I don't open it, then it hangs, but when I put the password but I don't open it, it doesn't lock. I reiterate that the GREEN, RED and BLUE lights alternate when I touch the lock. Baterias novas! How to solve? Thanks. Rafael.

Installation was easy. Seting up the code and fingerprint or Bluetooth connection is pain in the ass. I would not buy it.

Extremely unclear. Reading the text is not very user friendly either.

Slow down and read, tap the touchpad for initial confirmation, THEN you can follow the rules for submitting a new fingerprint scan, or you can just keep it turned off and use the keys.
