Inspired by your video of this secret cave in Sedona I started my search on how to find it. After doing more research gathering clues and tips we were ready for our adventure. We found it and it was the most amazing part of our trip. We were there for 2 hours and we had the whole place to ourselves. Hidden gem!!

It's off boynton canyon. Don't do the full hike you go off trail about 2.5 miles in. It's not easy to find though. There's websites. This place is not a secret anymore. Just look at IG.
