Madam with all due respect, Am not from Anambra. Am born and brought up in Enugu. In terms of infrastructural development in the recent years, I give it to Ebonyi. However no state in south East is as busy as Anambra. They have many cities.They have Awka city Onitsha city Nnewi city. Hence there are many cities and development. But in Ebonyi, we only talk of Abakaliki capital city. Their Airport located at Umueri is also busy and functional daily. I used it last month March. It’s our dream that Southeast turns into another mega zones for investors and business men

Talk about what you know or you go and visit. In the old ANAMBRA STATE the developed cities are in this sequence - ENUGU, ONITSHA, ABAKALIKI, AWKA, NSUKA, NNEWI, EKWULOBIA and so. Things may have changed but I think since 1985, 80% of IGBO LAND are developing almost equally.

Awka has three beautiful flyovers but Aba is a slum with one flyover in the midst of dilapidated muddy roads. @desmond. Improvement of living standard of your citizens as a government is not all about building bridges and flyovers. Human capital development is number one yardstick to measure advancement of any society. Peter Obi brought sanity to anambra state. Invested heavly on security , Open up all the communities in Anambra stare by connecting them all through road construction, revamp education sector, revamp health sector, support for SMEs and big busness cooperations , save huge amount for the next administration. Obiano Willie pick up from where Obi stoped and increased investment on infrastructure like the flyovers, airport, international conference center, light up Anambra state by installing street lights all over the state not just the cities all towns in anambra was light up. more investment on SMEs . Today Anambra state is exporter of agro product to USA , foot wears and auto mobile to African countries.. More investment in education ,health.and security . Soludo is concentrating majorly on urban renewal. Upgrading the exiting cities like onitsha and Nnewi , also bring up other smaller town to a city status like equlobia where is constructing flyovers and dualizing the road now and continues mordeniziation of the capital Awka to a mega city , more investments in agriculture, education and health. Check the Nigeria statistic on states. In education Anambra have remain top 3 states for the past 10yrs, remains lowest poverty rate in the country, have lowest unemployment rate , least indebted state. Etc. Ebonyi suppose be the highest producer of rice if Umahi invested in the right places. Putting light on flyovers and building giangantic structures is not development his just creating mentanance cost for his predecessor. The international market is 60% empty, city shopping mall is 60% empty the new airport is going to be between 10/20% utilise if his lucky. Abia state have PH / Owerri Airport to choose from. Enugu has International air port already, i wonder where the passengers for that massive ebonyi airport is going to come from. State gov will huge amount of money to maintain it. The airport is beautiful doubt about that but for me its gross misplaced of prioritises. Development is in people not big big buildings. Huge nvestment in agriculture would have been better for Ebonyi. An airpoet was sold $1 in glasgow Scotland because big maintenance cost for the government google it bro .

Stop comparing village like abakaleke to Onitsha, Enugu, Awka or owerri. Millions of ebonyi people live in Anambra, Enugu, imo, etc, but you cannot find people from those states living in ebonyi. Ebonyi is comparable to Zamfara or Yobe states

Obiano did rubbish work here please this isn't flyover even my village bridge Umahi built is far better than this in capital of state.. Obiano finish money Peter Obi save in Anambra state.. Even the warehouse he built called airport with hug amount of such money.. Conference hall in awka he didn't finish it..

I am from imo state but truth be told, Anambra international airport is the best and busiest in igboland. Awka flyovers are equally the best and unique. Ebonyi is a poor state that's why most ebonyi people are trooping to Anambra for greener pasture. Owerri is a glorified rural area littered with dilapidated roads and filthy environment. Imo airport is more or less a motorpark. Anambra leads in development in igboland

Anambra is like America of ebonyi people that's why millions of ebonyi people are trooping to Anambra for greener pasture. Illiterate abakaleke miscreant, Anambra international airport terminal is a multilevel facility with lifts, escalators, full body scanner, longest runway in Nigeria aside MMIA, specially made fire trucks from Ziegla Germany, tallest control tower with dual landing systems, etc. Right now Anambra international airport is the busiest in igboland. Bunch of abakaleke illiterates, I know you won't understand what makes an airport, no wonder ebonyi with all its poverty amongst its people is building airport that will never receive one commercial airline. Most ebonyi people are poor and cannot afford transport fare not to talk of flight ticket. Ur governor should have used the money he is wasting to cure poverty in your state and sponsor you illiterates to schools.

False, Anambra was created in 1991 while ebonyi was created in 1996. Ebonyi has better infrastructures than Anambra, their airport is bigger and it’s has a cargo for exporting the farm goods globally. However indigens of Anambra are Far Richer than Ebonyians, but this may not last for long as their Roads,Airport, hospitals, markets, Mall, university built by ebonyi are rapidly developing the state.. I’m planning on buying land their so I’ve been monitoring the state.
