Your comment is true. However, the power you referred to here is the power of salvation. There are 5 words for power in the scriptures: Ischus, dunamis, exousia, energia kratos. All of then have their different dynamics of operation. It is not automatic that every Christian operates in all 5 dimensions even though that is desired. There's always a price to pay in terms of consecration etc to operate in the power gift.
