Woah! Few hours prior to me watching this video, I had the same challenge, and I read my Bible while standing up. I was to read Ezekiel first, but I went to Psalms, then after prayer, I went back to Ezekiel 36 and read it while standing and moving around. Praise God! I'm a living testimony of this method of studying. I have a self-rule I've been keeping. I pick a book of the bible, at first, i read 1 chapter three times a day (Morning, afternoon, night) now i read three chapters 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the night. It has been helping. I also have a rule that i don't operate my phone before my morning quite time. I know how addictive and drawn in i can get when i start using my phone, so i don't use the phone until I'm done praying and studying.
