I haven't found a silver quarter here in Canada yet, but I've found 2 silver dimes 1 of the silver dimes I found was a modern drop for sure, it was with a modern quarter and modern nickel, under the swings .so some kid was swinging with their pocket change that included a silver dime and dropped it swinging My second silver dime was also found near a swing set, but I think it wasn't a modern drop, because within 10 feet I found some other old coins a 1960 nickel and a 1940 penny, so I believe that all those coins came in with the fill sand, like took sand from somewhere old and dumped it under the swings
