Great story and nice presentation. Once I had a meeting with an esteemed scientist and my driver got a call that his 2 yr old son got burnt so I planned to rush from Gurugram to Faridabad. I called my client and told him everything and requested to reschedule the meeing. Meanwhile my brother had taken of the child as he is a child specialist. The first thing she should have done is call the client, here he would have picked the call.
