I'm a tad frustrated at how Gloria assumed that Stephen was obligated to show interest in her when in reality she was just a visitor in his home and his sister's friend. The narrator never alluded to any conversation between Stephen and his sister stating that she was introducing her friend Grace to him as a possible love interest! how arrogant of Gloria to again just assume that visiting her friend's brother's home automatically gave her the right to Stephen being interested in her. Is this how things are nowadays!!? Let's be more realistic here. Thank you for an amazing ending, greed leads people down a rocky path to destruction.
