It's that special day for hearts, but sometimes we are too far away from the people we love and want to greet. Being there with them in spirit is feasible when they can be reached by phone or through the internet. It is more difficult if they have already transitioned. I miss a lot of family and friends, so when I wake up in the morning I meditate during my quiet time, warm up and stretch , practice my forms, slowly then have coffee, before breakfast. Sharing this video of Humi with a pleasant tune as Humi flies through her day in a minute and 45 seconds. She flashes her raspberry neck feathers several times while sipping her nectar in the jar.
