MailboxWorks presents the Elephant Trunk parcel drop locking mailbox by Architectural Mailboxes.
You no longer need to be home to accept a package delivery.
When a delivery driver arrives at your home to make a large parcel delivery, the driver will see the "Drop Box Location Placard" that you have placed beside your doorbell. The location placard is included with the purchase of your Elephant Trunk locking mailbox and indicates where the parcel drop box is located.
The delivery driver simply opens the Mailbox Drop Box Door and places the parcel in the uniquely designed rotating drum compartment. Parcels can be as large as 11.5 x 9.3 x 7.3 inches.
When the locking mailbox door is closed, the rotating drum compartment rotates to drop the parcel to the Cushioned Floor of the locking mailbox.
Your delivered parcel is securely protected from the elements (and from possible theft) and can be retrieved from the Keyed Bottom Access Door that features a Pry-Resistant 3-Point Locking System.
Also, whenever you go on vacation or know you won't be home for an extended period of time, you can utilize the unique built in, drop-down, No Delivery Yellow Indicator to inform delivery personnel you wish to receive no deliveries while you are away.
If you have a parcel that you wish to be picked up, the Elephant Trunk locking mailbox also includes an Outgoing Partition for easy Parcel Pickup.
