Hi, it would be really helpful to the drummers out there if you included the sticking in your tutorials! For those interested in the sticking for "Instrumental 1": 16ths RL:FLRL-LR-FLRLR-RL:FLRL-LR-FLRLF-RL:FLRL-LR-FLRLR-RL:FLRL-LR-FLRLF-RL. The rest can be worked out from this basic pattern. Cheers.

Also in this context the dash "-" is a silent 16th note (nothing gets hit).

For me, I found focusing on where the kick and snares hit (in the big instrumental sections) helps with the tom groove. Because the toms are essentially just filling in all the gaps of the kick and snare. But isolate the parts, practice slowly, and then start to put them together and speed up. You'll get it!
