Yea it probably won’t work. I’m sending it back. It’s labeled as white but definitely cream. Which isn’t what I wanted not too mention my stuff actually doesn’t fit. It’s too tight makes the zipper wonky and the bag is lumpy. Guess the zip zip satchel isn’t a Dooney bag I can own 🥺 gotta admit I’m a little bummed ☹️

Things can be so off online then when you get it in person.. I ordered a mini backpack purse from michael kors back in March I believe.. when it arrived I was so disappointed bc they sent me a returned bag!!! The bag did not have tags attached.. no stuffing the straps were rolled up inside the purse and it wasn't even in the plastic bag it normally comes in bc I've ordered 2 other ones just in different colors.. I contacted them they offered me either a 10% discount with keeping it as is or a full refund.. for the price I paid I returned it for my full refund.. I think that was something telling me to wait bc about a month later they had a beautiful one that I had to get and I got that one and it came as it was suppose to.. but this time I was missing the dust bag.. they credited my card $5 since that's what they were worth and apologized.. sometimes it's hard ordering online.. its a nice bag!

Totally hard ordering online sometimes. Even the colors and lighting can make it seem like something it’s not. I’d much rather get things in store where I can touch it feel it smell it (j/k) lol. So sorry to hear what happened to you with your MK order. I really don’t understand how these companies send used or at least picked all over tagless items out to customers who place new orders. It’s just crazy to me. Thank you so much for watching and so sorry for the delay in responding. Calling the Dooney and Bourke website is a waste of time, every time. Those gentlemen have never helped me. Unfortunately, my bad experiences with them do not prevent me from ordering because I LOVE Dooney and Bourke bags!
