What mama is displaying is just the result of a deeper dysfunctional situation. One thing God has given me grace to understand is that children are “strangers “ in our home. Let me explain. When you are pregnant, the child is yours but once the baby is born, you have to understand that the process of leaving to cleaving has begun. So in that wisdom you start teaching them in the way that they should go (so that in their later years you won’t be policing and disrupting their lives) . In doing so, pay the greatest attention in your own relationship with your spouse because one day , these children “strangers “ will leave and only you and your spouse will remain to enjoy what you have built over the years. In essence what I am saying is that children are not suppose to come in between spouses, once that is established, even the parents would understand that they can’t come in between their kids once they’re married

This happened to me and I did a 7 day fast and retreat out of home and God intervened 1 month later and she had to pack out in good terms but she never knew I went on retreat for that because it was almost a similar story Actually quarrelling and shouting won’t stop it, that’s the plan of the devil but when it has passed your level, just pray and why not fast and it will work exactly as God peomised

This message is not only for parents but also for those friends who feel that they should be so much close to each other than to their spouses. Such usually don’t spare time for their marriages. They visit each other almost everyday, and actually end up staying at each other’s homes for up to late hours when the spouse of the friend being visited is present. Others can actually even go as far as sleeping on their friends’ matrimonial bed whenever their friend’s spouse is not around. Relationships with parents and with friends must continue being healthy. However, a healthy marriage must come with boundaries that ensure privacy and some alone time for the couple.

GENESIS 2:24 “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” Real story: Someone I personally knew got married, the mother of his wife came to their matrimonial home and had no respectful boundaries…just like that; and it led to their divorce (the marriage didn’t last, the mother in law couldn’t understand her place at all). Sadly, they have a child together, and now the baby girl is not being raised by wholesome parenting…the wife wasn’t defending her marriage and she chose to side with her mother over the discomforts that needed to be addressed. So this video is not exaggerating at all, these things happens all the time, and my input is that if we don’t “implement” the wisdom and boundaries that God prescribes to us, we will suffer the consequences. This is what I would do. I would Pray to God 1 st, than ask God can I leave for a weak and tell the husband not to call me just text me, until he can value and respect me as his wife. I need him to tell his mother to RESPECT my wife and I home and rules or don't come over. He can just visit her at reasonable times and duration that we both agree to. STOP the abuse in the name of being a Mother. God said to respect your child as well as mother.
