Hello David, thank you for posting your trip to Liberia. I live in Southern California, USA, but at the age of 6 months my parents adopted me and brought me to Nigeria where they were working as Southern Baptist Missionaries. I lived in Benin City till I was 10 and left because of the Biafrin war. We relocated to Liberia where my father was a church planter in the local villages. I attended the American Cooperative High School which was run by the American government at the time, I graduated in 1979. A civil was broke out in 1980 I believe , which really devastated the nation. Liberia was founded by freed American slaves. The government is patented after the US, the currency is US, and the flag is patented after the US, but only has one star. Anyways, I thank you again, I really enjoyed your video footage. God Bless you friend, Alan

For me to hear the Tshivenda song they were playing made me happy. Tshivenda is one of the 12 official languages in South Afriaca. I am a Muvenda, Africa Unite. It is good seeing Liberia prospering again.

Seems you and I have the same idea. I have done 14 African countries so far, one country at a time. I prefer to spend 2 weeks in a country than breezing through in 2 to 3 days like some travel bloggers are doing. Go for it bro.

When i see public infrastructures in some sub Sahara Africa region and i weep for Nigeria. Due to lack of visionary leadership and corruptions Nigeria is totally undeveloped compared with her huge human and natural resources. This Liberia beach front is European standard, Liberia should keep it up.

Beautiful content 👍🏾. But please, next time, do not guess a lady's age. Politely ask her if she doesn't mind telling you her age, and don't forget to complement her if she tells you - "I could have sworn you were much younger" or "you look good for your age." Thank me later 🙂

Ebola came from Guinea to Liberia by travelers. It wasn't original from Liberia. After 14 years of war, Liberia still looks better than a lot of other countries and more organized
@emmettjohnson7436
@emmettjohnson7436 8 ай бұрын
What a coincidence City Space-as soon as I read your comment which claimed that a Liberian man carried EBOLA virus into Nigeria, I almost instantly thought of Nigerians who had been arrested in Liberia for drug trafficking, arm-robbery, falsifying documents that purported to be authentic Liberian citizen, human rituals and so on… all these things happened right in Liberia! So you see, next time, attempt to extract the cold from your eyes before attempting to extract it from another man's 😂, just try and watch the video, make positive comments and thank the video/content creator rather than trying to criticise! Liberia should be considered a young nation that has just been established because of its history of several years of civil war! All those beautiful structures were built after the Civil War! Kudos to the Nigerian brother and his driver for their video, keep it coming, 👍🏾
