Nice job. Here is some friendly feedback. I found out the hard way that the cushion tuffs will eventually unstaple. It's best to drill a hole in the wood and secure the tuffs with a button and industrial thread.

There's a lot of DIYers out there that I love, BUT, I can't get enough of your AWESOME creations. I know how often you must hear this, but you are beyond talented. Your art just blows me away! It's not just that though! Your sweet, soothing voice just adds to it. I couldn't be any happier that I found you...or should I say, that I was lucky enough to find you! I have about 8 of these placemats and also some that are kinda circular shaped with a tad different design (cutouts) and they some came in pure silver while others that i have are an iridescent silver. Im going to be using them all to "attempt" to re-create some of your creations, maybe with a slight twist of my own but i also have some beautiful fabrics so...hmmmm...i might be attempting this GORGEOUS bench as well. I think the surface of the wood can be sanded lightly- it will help glue adhere better to surface! Very nice work here! I've found beautiful nylon /placemats to make into purses!

Love it 💯❣️ Only thing I wld change is the type of glue. I wld use a spray adhesive on the solid piece (or something else) rather than fiddle with hot glue around the holes. Other than that, perfection my dear 🤗

Woah! The staple gun on the golden fabric was so good! I have those silver place mats also! Got um at Walmart. They are sold out often, but come back in stock. They are very fragile though. If you pull on them, they break. But this was such a good job. Wow. Much have taken a long time to all of it, and to make a video while doing it! A lot of work. Great job! Turned out Fab! ❤

I am very impressed! I have been dying to get a headboard piece for my bed that looks similar to what you did for the top of the bench , and now I can try it out ! BUT , I also want to make a bench like that one for my daughters room and maybe for my living room! I especially love the fact that I can buy whatever fabric I want as well as design.. You could also use the placemats as a stencil for walls, furniture,etc.. definitely giving me inspiration because I'm about to start repurposing and refinishing some of my old furniture because I just need more color now that my sons are moved out,I can make it "girly" . 😂 I love bright colors, but being as I have always been the only female, I've been letting my sons have more a voice in our home decor because I believe that every should have a home they love and kids do so much better and are more confident when they're older when they're comfortable making these kinds of decisions. Just my opinion obviously. Everyone is different and raises their children different, it's what makes humans so interesting IMO

I watched an Indian video where the artist uses stencils and polyfilla on the wall to make a raised pattern. I would think white concrete could be used to make tile patterns and then be sealed with a clear waterproof coat on the top.
