This composition started with D DORIAN MODE. The 26 English ALPHABETS were then lined up with each of the 8 notes on the Dorian scale. Next I wrote the words THANK YOU, MY FRIEND’S NAME, ANGEL & SEE YOU. After that notes were picked according to which alphabet I got from the words above. Finally experimented with notes. I wrote this as a violin duet with pizzicato opening. I’m curious how other musicians improvise to this backtrack made on the app iRealpro. By the way the pitched percussion you heard was Vibraphone.
