It seems like Graham has moved towards the inclusion of ALL MANKIND in the past tense possession. All are in, all don't know it yet. It's the turning on of a light that moves someone from what is objectively true of them into their subjective experience. They're in CHRIST, they have been crucified, their sins HAVE,past tense been dealt with. Their new self already exists, they just don't know it yet.

This sounds complicated. What are all these problems he is referring to because I don't have any problems because I repented of my sins/addictions and started living like Jesus teaches. He makes it sound like mental gymnastics when all a person has to understand is to repent of sin and you won't realize your deadness until you do repent of the sins in your life. As Jesus said "Repent for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand." The kingdom is within the heart of the believer. God lives within the heart of the believer. Our true self, the man of the heart, is in the heart and is One with God. It is not of ourselves, we don't choose God but rather it is God that chooses us. As Jesus said ,"no one comes to me unless they are drawn by the Father" (paraphrase). When we repent and contemplate the scriptures relying on God we become aware that it is all God working within us creating us into the image of His Son and none of it was ever us therefore God gets all the glory. Only a few will find the truth because a person has to completely give up identification with the world. Don't rely on people but rather God Himself teaches us. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 1 John 2:27 The way to see God is by making God your complete and total focus. Why doesn't he teach repentance because without repenting we are lost and will never know of God's presence.
