I always felt that Jeremiah liked Belly after "she turned pretty", whereas Conrad fell in love with her since they were kids, the infinity necklace the things they remember about each other all of them Conrad truly loves Belly, he literally said "it physically hurts me when I am not with her(Belly)". And as for Belly she is also a teenager who has been in love with Conrad since they were kids... She wants to be there for him but Conrad is shutting her out(that is his coping mechanism)....They will end up together when they grow up a little bit more...

i think i saw someone else say this, but belly+jeremiah versus belly+conrad is basically the difference between loving someone and being IN love with someone. belly and jere are sweet and he would have made a perfect boyfriend for belly in highschool, but at the end of the day he’s just a phase. he’s not forever material. however, conrad is the kind of love you only find once, that you can’t let get away from you. he’s more of husband material, and i think belly should date conrad in college and jeremiah in highschool. instead she did it the other way around.

Yeah, they're definitely end game. Jeremiah is cool but it's all superficial with him. There's not really anything about their relationship that's built for long-term stability. Conrad's a broody headcase who has difficulty expressing himself, but he and Belly have a far deeper connection even when they're not speaking to each other than Belly and Jeremiah.

She needed to understand him. She's being so immature that he lost his mom and he's grieving. He's having a lot of issues with his mental health. She just need someone to make her happy. Love is like understanding and standing for each other in their hard time not to leave. If I was she, I would have cuddled him and said that I'll be forever with you no matter whatever happens. She don't know how deep he love her. That's why he came to prom. She need to console him and cuddle him as he's struggling with panic attack and issues. People gotta stop blaming conrad for things he couldn't entirely control himself. It was how he was taught to be by his parents (mostly Adam). He was the oldest child, and they often put more responsibility on his shoulder and forced him to grow up even tho he was still a child. How he reacts to situations is bc of how he grew up and partly just who he is. And experiencing something like his moms death is a lot, especially juggling a relationship and panic attacks too. So to all the team Jere out there who say “Jeres mom is dying to, and he still remained happy and loving towards belly" y'all need to learn that different people handle things in different ways. Conrad had a very normal reaction to it. That doesn’t make him a bad person. He just had bad moments. And they were very happy when they were in a relationship. When he realized his mom wasn’t getting any better that’s when it went downhill.

I was rooting for him but their whole relationship is toxic… every time she tries he pulls back, I’m not sure if he loves her or loves the idea of her. Sometimes you just have to ❤ yourself more… And yes everyone grieves differently but hurting the ones we love bc we’re hurting is toxic. He definitely needs therapy he is angry and shut off and panic attacks are a sign of deep rooted emotions that haven’t been dealt with- he might be depressed. Either way I’m excited to see how each story evolves especially Conrad’s (and yes I know there’s a book).
