My company recently bought this for counting rough diamonds. They are the size of corn and vary in shapes. They are also TRANSPARENT to an extent. The machine gives a lot of double-counts. So if I have 100 stones, the machine will count like 113 or something... Any advice how to overcome this? many thanks
