Great video man. I learned something about my startup and where we are at in our journey. We raised $3M in what I thought was a seed round but after watching this, I realize that we were in our ideation phase at that point and the angel investors were investing in an idea rather than a monetized business. After 3 years of building and now with a revenue generating product I think it took longer than I wanted but it’s good to understand our business lifecycle better. I was worried that we should be closer to a series A but I realize now it was a pre seed round and that our traction is right where it should be. Thanks for the insights TK.

There's an art to calling these rounds the right thing so you can frame expectations for Investors. 3 Years is about how long it takes to go from Idea to an actual business you can start thinking about scaling. It's a weird average. Even the overnight successes you read about were toiling away for 3 years and then "pivoted into" their overnight success idea.

Hey TK Great video! I'm current building a startup centered on getting entrepreneurs funded and well-connected. Would you mind if I got your advice on how we might make it more useful?

Hey TK, your a wild and crazy guy!!! I've been accepted to One.day accelerator but turned it down after careful consideration. I'm currently in a pre-seed but I'm also rethinking this move. Why? AI is moving fast! By the time you've gone through all the hurdles will your business be relevant?
