Als ich klein war, nahm meine Mutti einen Job in Stuttgart an und wir mussten dahin umziehen. Wir versuchten uns einzugewöhnen, aber das funktionierte nicht so wirklich. Wir passten da einfach nicht rein. Eines Abends ging sie aus. Dieser Song lief in dem Club, in dem sie tanzen war. Damals war er noch ganz neu. Vielleicht hörte sie ihn dort sogar zum ersten Mal. In dieser Nacht beschloss sie, zurück zu gehen. Dieses Lied hat mein Leben verändert. Ich kann euch gar nicht genug dafür danken! So konnte ich weiter in Berlin aufwachsen.

1993 oder so waren Fox und Demba und paar andere auf meinen Gerburtstag (meine damalige Freundin war mit Demba befreundet). Ich hatte paar Instrumente da und wir haben etwas gejammt. Ich meinte dann " Also, mit diesem Reggaescheiss werdet ihr nie Erfolg haben." Fox spielt sehr gut Gitarre übrigens, richtig gut. Demba konnte irgendwie alle Instrumente spielen. Mit anderen Worten, das hat alles eine echt Substanz. Das sind Menschen, die sich mit der Zeit professionalisiert haben auf Grund einer wahren Liebe zur Musik. Nicht meine Musik bis heute, aber Hut ab und R.I.P Demba.
