That's the key word "disrespect" . Basic human respect that he did not give her. I don't even recall him thanking her for the game she successfully designed. An employee (never mind that she is your wife) is at least entitled to that. And to top it all, he took her out as the lead programmer when he promised her that position if she succeeded in the design, all because of Liman. She pressured him and he succumbed, sacrificing his wife and even embarrassed her in front of colleagues.

Cierto, todo lo que el imbécil le hacía a Luli delante de Liman le daba pie a esta, para que siga maquinando e intrigando contra Luli y ella no tenía quién la defienda ni la proteja de esos dos. Yimmin veía, sabía todo pero tampoco la ayudaba a más de recomendarle al infiel que se comunique con Luli, solo lo recriminó duramente cuando fue el accidente de Luli, pero ya era tarde. En cambio su amigo Lu de Chonquing, fue un verdadero amigo, él actuó y se enfrentó a Yicheng decididamente, sin importarle que él salga herido porque al fin él fue un abusador y Luli era un víctima débil a quién defender. Pues Yichen en lugar de defender a Luli de Liman él la agredía más sacando la cara por Liman y permitía que Liman la intimide a Luli en su presencia por todo eso, él merecía una dura lección y Lu se la dio. Bien hecho.

As she said in the drama, she gave herself a good chance to see if they could've been a normal couple, It didn't work, left him and applied for divorce, then moved to another town, then he realized he didn't want to lose her, he also found out she didn't marry him to keep her job, but because she has feelings for him, he spend a lot of time looking for her, and once he found her he had to work hard to get her back, it's also very irritating how she kept rejecting him later in the drama, but once they got back together, that is when their real relationship starts, not cause he is thinking that she married him for 1 year to keep her job, or that she is thinking he married her so that he doesn't lose his father's endorsement, but that they have mutual feelings for each other, if mistreats after the second start then I wouldn't blame her for leaving him, but he never does, instead he treats her like a queen in their second start. it's a very complex drama, and people have to see from all angles.
