@@istheBruce Bro I agree with you, because I live in iraq myself, I was born in Europe but I live in Iraq now, I know that these guys screaming from the speaker just want to make a living, but this really isn’t peacefull to hear screaming all the time and that you can’t escape it, even in your house when taking a nap, you can’t sleep in peace because of it - yeah they need to make a living, we all do, but not in a way that it’s affecting people’s peace and silence - there is different ways to interpret peace, but sleeping in your home and hearing that guy screaming at your door is not peaceful- again I’m Iraqi myself and live in Iraq - and that’s why I liked your comment reply to scenfv, because he thinks that there is chaos in the country and that’s why people are screaming, but in reality it’s just a guy selling water, but they should do it in a way that it dosent affect other people, you don’t have to ruin other people’s silence and peace at home trying to sell your stuff - most of all other countries sell their stuff without yelling and screaming, we not in the Stone age, we have shops around every corner or people selling on street, I don’t have to constantly been screamed at, for me to buy water

I also lived in Europe for the majority of my life and moved to Iraq. It's the culture here. I get it you're used to peace and quiet but try to embrace it. Iraqis are not "uncivilized" just because they do this simple thing that has been passed from generation to generation. There's beauty in difference. Learn to ignore it and soon enough you'll barely hear it. How long have you lived here? @@rrrekojjj

@@Nunima-e5j Other people decide to ignore it, some people have to get used to ignore it, but it's still invading other peoples peace, stop making screaming at people a civilsised thing, it's not - you don't scream and yell at people houses everyday just for the purpose of selling your stuff, it has nothing to do with culture of a country , they driving a businiss, it's not culture, I get it's a part of how it is in Iraq, but it's not civilised to yell and scream at peoples houses constantly everyday, and it should get banned permanently as soon as possible, you have the freeedom to your own peace, and theese people take it from you, what's civilised by that?
@tiatarezo93092 ай бұрын
@@rrrekojjj it's important to consider cultural differences and the context in which this practice occurs. In many parts of the world, including Iraq, street vendors using vocal announcements to sell their goods is a longstanding tradition deeply rooted in local culture and commerce. It's not merely a matter of convenience or preference but often a necessity for livelihoods in communities where formal retail infrastructure may be lacking. While it may seem intrusive from an outsider's perspective, it's crucial to respect and understand that what may be perceived as noise pollution is, for many, a legitimate means of earning a living. These vendors are often small-scale entrepreneurs trying to support themselves and their families.
