Nice to see the two gals still pulling revenue freight. 💙

Outstanding video Matt. I like the sound of the Alco RS32 including the horn. All good scenes with excellent camera angles.The scene at Central Ave in Gasport with the old building was very cool as the freight rolls by. The switch crew setting out the Railbox car was a nice one as well. Thanks and well done Matt.👍🏻

Thanks man, and I'm with you on that one! It's nice to know such rarities as these old Alcos are practically in my backyard!

Who would believe that a Former New York Central RS-32 and a Former Southern Pacific RS-32 would lock couplers more than 60 years after they were built ?

I'm assuming they are putting tank cars on to the transload track out the back, and using one of the alcos engine off as a buffer because the tanks have hazardous placards?

Only thing better than the Alco sound is two hooked together. Curious; what did that guy do at 2:39 beside the first loco ?
@mattygunn6935 ай бұрын
He measured the bottom step. He's the mechanic that's repairing 1802.

Driving by I wondered why #2035 was sitting outside. Now I know it was #2002, and they're decorated differently so now I can tell them apart without being close enough to see the numbers.

Yep, and DLWR 1804 will be delivered Thursday night too. All four (1802, 2035, 2002, 1804) are staying.

Thank you! 2002 was not under power, it was just along for the ride until they set it out on the shop track.

Yep, what Clayton said! The building can be seen at the 32:15 mark. GVT is trying to acquire it to turn it into a second engine house.
