I can really relate to this experience of Asaph. I have lived experiencing these turbulent emotions. It was like hitting myself over the head with a hammer. Thankfully and eventually when l came to the realisation that l need not struggle alone and gave it up to the Lord it was like finding diamonds in a quagmire. A hard lesson at the time but invaluable. 🙏
