I am a white american 15-year-old guy from North Carolina, the last person you'd expect to be listening to this treasure. A few years ago I was looking for some Japanese songs, as I love Japanese culture, when I stumbled on this video. I was instantly infatuated with her singing and listened to her regularly ever since I heard this song. I even got to know and love her Mandarin and Cantonese songs as well, and also inspiring me to learn all about Taiwan and it's history. All because of one video, which I am so grateful for viewing, I got to learn about this treasure in the music world, unknown in America by people other than the Chinese living here.
