I really like that you are going to have the wood finish on the inside, the little bit of paint left, if any does add to the character and charm of a second life. I know how much work it takes though, but it will just be fond memories one day, even the amount of rain lol. 👍❤️

We are also experiencing one of the wettest years I can remember here outside of Cape Town. The rest of South Africa is hot and dry, so I'm feeling grateful for the rain. Take care and can't wait for your next video. Huge hugs from this side.❤️

Just roughly sand your window frames then repaint them, the old paint will add to their protection from the rain.

Yes, that’s what we’re doing with most of them. But with the oldest one it has so many layers of paint that it’s become an issue for the small window that opens. That one just needs to be stripped back more 😊

Bonjour. Pourquoi n'avez vous pas fait de débord de toit ? L'eau du toit va couler sur vos murs. Tout ne doit pas être cloué mais vissé sinon quand le bois va sécher, rien ne tiendra . Si vous utilisez un pistolet thermique, pensez à protéger les vitres,la chaleur risque de les faire éclater. Bon courage quand même pour la suite.
