I struggled with it as well, I have since I was a kid. I think sometimes a good practical tip, Is reminding yourself that what you're doing is a sin and reminding yourself about all the consequences. Also, that you just have to do everything in Gods will to just refuse to do that sin.

We've all been there, no worries. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it will be opened. It seems as if you've already found the door and knocked. It's open. We are all sinners lacking the power to overcome our flesh. We are saved by grace. There is nothing more you can do to get extra saved. My advice is to block the accusations against you that have you worried about your salvation and focus on the fact that you are saved. Invest that talent as a faithful servant would.

Repent, like trully repent. Not because you feel grieve or sad that is why you are repenting then going back again, that is not real repentance. What can I advice that I also did and also God want us to do is to renew our mind through His Words and also changing our mind or choosing who really want us to serve? Is it the Spirit of God which is the Holy Spirit or the flesh? Which is our own desires, and our sinful nature that is is align in evil and demons - death. Jesus or satan? Choose. And consistently seeking Him in your quiet time, quiet place. Seek Him not because of being religious and also there statistics system that: "Oh, I pray today 3 times that is enough, or I feel bad because I am not able to pray 3 times, read the word 3 times" having religious mindset kills our authenticity and simplicity in our relationship and seeking God in genuine way, heart and mind and life with God. Be real with God, be you, that God wants you to be. You do not need to be perfect in seeking Him, but at the same time, put effort - make time for Him, really wanting Him genuinely, love Him genuinely because you know Him, you love Him trully, you submit and follow His Words.

Repent, like trully repent. You are not repenting because you feel bad or guilty or grieving then you will comeback in the same sin. What can I advice to you that I also did and God want is to change our mind - RENEWING OUR MIND THROUGH HIS WORDS. Without renewing our minds, we will comeback over and over again to those sins. What I did first is choosing whom should I serve, if it is the enemy - satan and its demons or Jesus - God. Flesh which is align in demons, evil (and it is also our sin nature) or the Spirit of God which is the Holy Spirit. Then next is that I move, I read God's Words, seek Him in my quiet place, secret place where I can seek Him without destruction, noise, that I am able to date Him which is in my room. We should not be religious in seeking Him like we have this mindset of religious that if are not able to this thing, God is not happy or mad to us, for example: "I am not able to read His Word, He is angry at me", "Oh, I am not able to pray 3 times a day" like there are system that we are following, though I am not saying that asking God guidelines in seeking Him is bad but the sad is we are not able to meet Him genuinely and without simplicity, like we are always has soemthing to depend and it became religious... Jesus did not want religious actions, He wants a real relationship. Jesus wants us to meet and He wants to become our Father-son (or daughter) relationship 😊

Against all odds God will change my situation. Lord please I need a miracle today please come and rescue me. i’ve been avoiding doing what’s right. like today at school, i had so much free time in most of my classes and had time to pray/open the bible app, but i said no to that conviction. even seeing this video earlier i didn’t click on it but continued to scroll on KZbin. I also didn’t feel like having community for bible club tomorrow. but im thankful that God is patient with me when i fall short, and i’m thankful for watching this video to actually seek God because Jesus paid for that!

Lately, more than ever before, I've been reading the Bible and spending time with fellow Christians (I don't go to Church very often though). I’m trying to find god. I’m seeking him. I’m sober now 105 days, so I’m that action I can see I’m a step closer. I’m looking for my higher Good after being so indulgent and addicted and “worshiping” alcohol. My mind rejects so much and questions and prods at religion and Christianity so much but I know there has to be a higher Good and Higher Power out there. I’m not sure if it is in Christianity, I’m not sure. I can get really nihilistic, it’s part of the reason I drank. Please, is I haven’t scared you off, please pray that I will find him, who ever he is, or that he will find me. That I can then walk this earth with his strength and become a more godly man and not trip on my vices

Man, it’s like you know what I need to hear here lately. I’ve been going through what I call the “spiritual blahs”, where I’ve felt less inclined to seek the Lord than normal. And it hit me yesterday that my first response for when I wake up, when I’m bored, etc is to go to Facebook or Instagram first. When I can just as easily open my Bible, whether paper or digital, and be in His Word. I’ve done social media fasts in the past, but the addiction always comes back. I think I just need to cut it out completely. Thanks Alex. Amen!

God is wonderful and so amazing. these past two weeks, i’ve been so unmotivated, didn’t want to go to church, i’ve been going to play soccer instead of going to church or playing video games instead on working on the slideshows for my church. then i got into an argument with my significant other because she has been seeking God all alone without me. then this video shows up and i cried while watching it, God has spoken to me through this video and I am so grateful. I also wanted to request a video about how to overcome vanity, low self esteem, anxiety , depression, and just mental illness. I have been struggling lately with my health and it has been affecting my appearance I ask for prayer in Jesus name. hey just wanted to say that it's true, some people are truly ignored by anyone and anything but I can say that God sees you and He knows your situation, one of his names is literally El-Roi "the God who sees me". If you want look up the story of Agar, on genesis 16 that is similar to yours. I think everyone hates being vulnerable but vulnerability is really important to form a relationship, we all gotta try to be vulnerable, show our true emotions to God, even show Him our anger for our situations, He is gonna respond in a perfect time and way (Matthew 7.7-11). Praying for you, remember that Jesus loves you :)

Hey alex ive watched your videos every other day, and ive gotta ask, i am Gay, i am a Furry, an artist, i have a form autism that makes me sterile i have always helped those in need especially in chats within my communities. But i'm in need of understanding, is not enough to just accept jesus and the lord as my savior, and keeping them in my heart and having faith in them to save me? Do i eradicate my identity now because im too comfortable in my own skin to move on? Is being gay even ok to either the lord or Jesus? I believe part of the reason is free will. If God took away all evil, would we really be making our own choices? I think God is giving us the choice of how we want to live, but ultimately we know there are consequences to our actions. I believe God CAN take away all evil, but we glorify him through our reactions/behavior toward sin

Evil was birthed Dont forget the wage of Sin is death, In other to punish the devil and his fallen angles Hell was design. Before the judgement of "the Satan" He was banished from the heavens into the Earth, The Devil fully aware of his action and the consequences that will now follow, Now decide to begin a journey of corrupting the most precious creation of God "Humans".. here the Plot wist , God is a righteous God, Now if a judgment on "the Satan" will be passed , that directly means the humans( At that time Adam and Eve) been the most precious creation of God will be thrown into Hell along side the satan and his angle, indirectly the Satan Won... in order to prevent this God had to go throught several processes and actions to restore man to back to himself and render Hell just for the Satan and his angles again, as it was to be ... from Genesis Till the death of Jesus.. was God trying to find a way to restore human and save Humans from hell.. Which he perfected by the Death of Jesus Christ on the Cross.. where the wage of Humanity sin was paid ones and for all by the death Of Jesus Christ on the cross.. Now who ever believe in the finihed work of Jesus will not perish but have an everlasting life ... i hope this answers your question

Hey! l believe the point he is trying to make is,as a church, we are the bride of Christ and us being the bride means we are one with Christ. If we seek or put other things before Him ,we are committing adultery in the sense that we are choosing to be in communion or one with other things and not Him.

@@1of1cjay02 I completly understand the comparrision! But how does that make it adultery!? Adultery starts with lust. Examples being lusting after someone, sleeping with someone who you are not married to, or sexual sin. We are not literally married to him. Jesus uses that as a comparrision in teaching to help people he is teaching understand. So therefore it cant be adultery unless you say we are litterary married to him and then mary/date someone else. Correct?
