I believe it was also shown in other footage that anxiety prevents a character from using their Archetype.

So, "Anxiety" is the stand-in for "Forget"? That's pretty cool. I'm assuming Infatuated/Brainwashed is replaced with "Intimidation" and "Confusion" is "Overwhelmed" to keep with the theme of fear.

1:50 Well, assuming the dubbed voice wasn't just saying it wrong, since we can't hear him actually say it. :p

In the japanese showcase, he pronounces it "akade-me-i-ya" with an emphasis on the "ei" sound twice, then 1 time more fluidly as if he was just saying the word academia flat with no emphasis, the extra "eh" that is so inaudible to be i'm actually wondering if it's the same word or not. We haven't heard it spoken in the game though, so I don't know how you're actually supposed to pronounce it in english, but going off japanese, the emphasis of the dubbed voice is at least correct.

I'm very curious about why our world is a book inside the game world. I wonder if it's a hint about the games plot 🤔

If Akademeia is basically the Velvet Room from the Persona games, then it's possible Plateau appearing in the field could be your way of entering Akademeia, similar to the warden/s and the door

1:35 Bro, wtf, that pronunciation is totally wrong. If you go by the IPA, which one should, then the "devs" are literally saying it more correctly according to proper Esperanto. The second a, as if it was fantaazio, should be lengthened. That's what the single quote in IPA means. That the preceding symbol should be highly stretched. The voice saying it is instead stretching the i, like fantaziio, which is just completely and utterly wrong. But, that wasn't the "devs" are saying. It's the translator. And the translator is NOT going to use the same pronunciation as the Japanese behind it. Just look up the Japanese title of the game: メタファー:リファンタジオ Now put that into google translate and push the speaker icon. (It might be misleading in English because English is not a phonetically consistent language, but it works well for almost any other language on Earth. Because usually the way something is written is _exactly_ the way it is pronounced. So a machine/AI voice can do a _perfect_ job of saying it out loud.) So, it is *Metafoa Rifantajio* _That's_ what Hashino-san said in the interview-if you listen closely you can even hear him say it. Or you could listen to the non-translated version of the video. And that's what he has said every single time he mentioned the game's name. But _then again_ why do you care what the devs call it? The name is butchered in the same way that the Japanese language butchers English words. Like, "series" becomes "shiriizu" or you know, "fantasy" becomes "fantajii"...
