Welt still has his own powers, but most of the time these days he uses the power of The Star of Eden rather than his own due to the events of Honkai Impact 3rd Part 1.

@@redlox2Easy solution for that story beat, make the writing team create a different reason for Adventurine to intervene for the nameless to owe him a favor. (for instance, an overbooking issue due to a certain someone or just... the short notice booking of a new room altogether causing issues.) The reason they decided to not do that is likely more to do with Dan Heng being the main character of the Luofu story coupled with his character being very hard to distinguish from Welt's in a plot like Penacony, not the contrived in universe explanations of "I don't wanna" or "Trailblazer NEEDS to take my room" (which reminder, we don't even do, we are using Adventurine's room since the family wouldn't let us have Dan Heng's room)

HI3 is actually very F2P friendly. The story stages provide you with the characters, and you can choose to substitute them with your own if you want to

But if you want to pull for your own characters, you’re screwed because the meta is so cruel to f2p players. It’s not like HSR or Genshin where you can get all the rewards with free characters. And to top it off, players are pitted against each other instead of a preset score threshold. If you only care about the story it’s better to just watch a playthrough

I dont think that’s what F2P friendly really means. Casual friendly, sure but F2P friendly? Not really since the meta is a constant powercreeping stage and high rarity stigmatas (equivalent to relics) are obtainable only through gacha. HSR and Genshin are the F2P friendly ones since the characters you get are usable from story to endgame contents for years. Genshin 1.0 characters still being meta to this day is a testament to that

Any Gacha where you compete with other players will never be f2p friendly because it pushes you to play the best characters instead of the ones you might actually want to play. I like HI3rd for many things but calling it f2p friendly is some mad copium.

Depends on how you define F2P I guess. Because you can play the game just fine and finish the story without a single pull aside from the tutorial. Now if you're asking about optional content that is designed for further rewards, then yeah, it's a gacha so it WILL make you pull. If you're expecting to be able to get absolutely everything without putting in a single cent, then prepare for a near-impossible task. That should be expected, right? Since the whole discussion was about the game's story, which doesn't require any spending at all, whatsoever, then it's accurate to say that the game is F2P-friendly. If instead you want to compete against others, then of course you're going to have to spend, because others have spent and will be ahead of you. That shouldn't be surprising.

And i think why Acheron make a face like that even do they are in the different time line or universe because welt have a own story on acheron universe welt still hold the power of 2nd herrcher or star of eden and Acheron know what welt capable
